Returns & Exchanges

Kiki de Montparnasse accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate apparel, hosiery, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact and untampered with.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, removing any previous shipping stickers.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected by our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
